Copper Leaf Interior Design Studio is a locally owned interior design firm specializing in all aspects of interior design, renovation, and project management. The scope of services provided by Copper Leaf Interior Design Studio are performed by professional interior designers, Pamela Holschuh, ASID and Robyn Spataro.

 

Pam is qualified with a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from the four year accredited program at Ohio University. She has over a decade of interior design experience in many areas of commercial design, and holds her certification with NCIDQ giving her the ability to practice as a licensed interior design professional. With this license, Pam is equipped to focus on her responsibility to protect and enhance the life, health, safety, and welfare of the public.

 

Robyn is also a graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Architecture. Her abilities encompass interior space planning and diverse AutoCAD skills, as well as project management and interior specifications.

Research and Analysis

Identify, research, and creatively analyze the client's goals and requirements, provide design development with documentation, drawings and diagrams detailing the needs of the client.

Space Planning

Formulate conceptual space plans to provide the best solution for the project, using knowledge of principles of interior design and theories of human behavior.

Life Safety Codes

Confirm that conceptual plans are safe, functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meet the safety and welfare of the public with regards to accessibility and code regulations.

Interior Specification

Select all finishes for the interior, carefully document and confirm that the selections meet functional, maintenance and safety requirements.

Documentation

Document the selection and specification of furniture, fixtures and equipment, casework, including detailed sections and drawings, with details of installation.

Project Management

Prepare project specifications, budgets and schedules as pertaining to all areas of the project, including plans, elevations, lighting designs, furniture layouts, materials and finishes.

Robert Wareham Esquire Law Offices, Denver, CO

Developed concepts for entire wing of office complex; created office system layouts; selected furniture; provided finish schedule for contractor use; worked side by side with architects to develop casework and traffic patterns; selected materials to effectively convey the design concept and keep within life safety codes.

Dils Meeting and Banquet Center

Developed design concepts and finished schedules for all interior surfaces for the multi use banquet facility; analyzed client's goals and requirements to maintain the past image within the new building's service.

Marietta College - Dawes Memorial Library - 1997 Renovation

Developed fucntional space planning for student needs, specified interior finished and supervised installation.

Marietta College - Gilman Student Center

Researched the needs of the end users to develop a functional, aesthetically inviting floor plan to create a useable space; provided detailed elevations for construction, lighting plan and specifications; contract specifications for all materials; created FF&E specifications to bid; created the budget development; integrated the college's needs to the student's needs.

Washington County Public Library - Barlow Branch

Project management for the interior specifications; developed FF&E specifications for bid; designed casework with detailed drawings for contractor to build; created spatial layout of all shelving for the library and provided a finish schedule.

Bartlett Farmers Bank - Barlow Branch - Lobby

Created a concept for image and fucntion of the space; provided specifications and project management to oversee the project stages.

First Bank of Marietta

Formulate a function, aesthetically appropriate environment for the bank's overall open plan; completed specifications for surfaces in the main public areas.

Hocking Hills Visitors Center

Completed research and analysis of the client's gals and requirements; developed drawings and diagrams to outline those needs; developed interior specifications to create an open and welcome environment to effectively portray the areas of that region to tourists.

Formulated needs for new office; developed furniture specifications to appropriately fit into existing surroundings.

Silver Moon Cafe, Vincent

Create a new game room area separate from the dining customers; developed space plans that creatively combine the function with health and safety codes.

St. Joseph's Hospital

Part of a primary design team for all renovations to the existing space and annex buildings, cardiac rehab unit, surgery recovery unit, conference facility and physicians office. Met continually with project engineers, casework contractors, end users and Chief Operating Officers to effectively complete multiple projects within budgets, time constraints and patient flow control.

Completed an aesthetically pleasing environment to compliment the new construction; designed use of fabrics and privacy blinds to complete the overall atmosphere of the new wing.

Completed image design and analysis for entrance to plant; designed display cabinetry; provided detailed drawings for carpenter to build.

Ohio Valley Eye Physicians

Newly renovated the large waiting/reception area to suit the growing needs of the doctor's office; coordination with subcontractors for flooring, casework, and lighting; designed new lighting plan; specified all new surfaces and fixtures.

Doctor's David George, Scott Strickler, and Zane Lazer

River City Dental Group, Inc.

Renovation of existing office provide an up-to-date atmosphere that would compliment the existing surroundings; selected new flooring and designed casework in lab ares; new cornice treatments were created as the common element to complete the design; various subcontractors coordinated to work within the time constraint of the dental office.

Dehmlow Law Offices

Historic Preservation of offices as stated by the US Department of the Interior. Services provided include: multiple layouts of the existing space to maintain the approval of the client within the guidelines provided by the US Department of the Interior; full selections of floor to wall finishes, lighting plan and fixtures, woodwork detail, ceiling detail, exterior facade, and historic paint selections. The Tax Incentive Program was approved for the client and the Rehabilitation was a success between the client and the state. Constant job-site review was maintained in order to assure that final revisions were applied.
